  • Keep a watch on your weight and blood pressure.

  • Always wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun and ultraviolet rays.
  • Always read and work in a well lit place.
  • Adjust your reading angle and maintain a good distance between your eyes and the computer, book, and television.
  • Magnify the text or fonts on screen.
  • Avoid glare on your computer from windows and lights.
