This medical malpractise case was filed on behalf of a 4-year-old child, who died due to administration of along with other mood stabilizing drug. In this medical malpractice matter, the case was filed against the psychiatrist treating the child. The defendant psychiatrist was blamed of negligence in prescribing a deadly mix of drugs to a 4-year-old child, which caused her loss of life. The medical practitioner refused to accept the liability and accused the parents for child’s death.
