According to the lawsuit filed by the Florida based plaintiff and her Zimmer knee lawyer she was implanted with Zimmer’s NexGen CR-Flex knee replacement device in her right knee on the 23rd of January, 2006, at the Cedars Medical Center. However, immediately after the implantation she was forced to undergo revision surgery that she had not anticipated. In her lawsuit the plaintiff has also alleged that the removal of the implant caused her further injuries and has deteriorated the quality of her life and she is entitled to receive compensatory and punitive damages for all those sufferings that she endured all the way through.
